Verlox Trading is a research, education, and publisher product of Realm Labs, LLC (“Realm Labs”, the “Company”). The Verlox Trading brand covers three related but distinct offerings: (i) publisher/educational content available to subscribers, (ii) a limited LP allocation opportunity in the Company’s private book, and (iii) internal operational tools accessible only to the Company’s operators.

Content on this site and in Verlox Trading subscriber deliverables is impersonal, general in nature, and does not constitute individualized investment advice. Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any information is appropriate for your situation and, if necessary, consulting a licensed adviser.

Verlox Trading’s subscriber product (Lite and Pro tiers) is offered under the “publisher’s exclusion” from registration as an investment adviser, per Section 202(a)(11)(D) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Lowe v. SEC, 472 U.S. 181 (1985): the content is impersonal, bona fide, and regularly published.

LP access to the Company’s book is a private-fund relationship, not a subscription service, and is available only to accredited investors as defined below. Any private-fund advisory activity is conducted under an available exemption from registration (including, where applicable, the exempt reporting adviser exemption in Advisers Act Rule 203(m)-1), and remains within the SEC’s ERA-to-RIA thresholds.

Realm Labs, LLC and Verlox Trading are not registered investment advisers with the SEC or any state securities regulator. Regulatory posture may change if assets, subscriber count, or content characteristics cross applicable thresholds; disclosures will be updated accordingly.

All figures shown are actual realized performance of the Realm Labs, LLC private book unless explicitly marked as hypothetical, model, or backtest performance. We do not publish signal-level backtest performance conflated with realized fills. Where hypothetical performance is shown, it will be clearly labeled and accompanied by the appropriate SEC Marketing Rule disclosures.

• Public: quarterly aggregate performance only.
• Subscriber — Lite: end-of-day content, visible after the trading day is finalized.
• Subscriber — Pro: signals delayed by 15 minutes from the internal book.
• Investor — LP: real-time positions and signals, within the private-fund relationship.

LP access is available only to individuals or entities that qualify as “accredited investors” under Rule 501 of Regulation D, and, where applicable, “qualified clients” under Advisers Act Rule 205-3. Verification is conducted through Persona (or a comparable third-party attestation provider) prior to any LP allocation.

Personal information collected through the waitlist, subscription, or LP onboarding processes is stored in encrypted Supabase databases hosted in the United States.
